Terms

Website and consultation terms

These implementation terms define the intended service boundary. Final commercial terms require clinic and legal approval before online payment is activated.

Website information

Public content is general education, not a diagnosis, prescription or individualized treatment plan. A website page cannot determine whether a service is suitable for you.

India service boundary

Online consultation requests are currently accepted only when the patient is located in India. International pages are educational until the relevant country is independently enabled.

Doctor discretion

The doctor may request more information, recommend tests or in-person assessment, refer to conventional or emergency care, or decline remote management.

Patient responsibilities

  • Provide accurate identity, location and relevant information.
  • Attend at the confirmed time and use a reasonably private setting.
  • Disclose current medicines and important diagnoses.
  • Follow emergency and referral advice.
  • Do not misuse, resell or alter prescriptions or records.

Fees and payment

The service, total known fee, inclusions, exclusions and cancellation rule must be confirmed before payment. Client-side prices are never authoritative; the production server must calculate the payable amount.

No guarantee

No specific result, cure, timeline or absence of risk is guaranteed. Individual experiences and reviews do not predict another patient's result.

Availability

Technology, clinician availability, holidays, provider outages and safety review may affect appointment timing. Paid appointments must have a documented reschedule or refund path.
