Medicine shipping policy

The website currently keeps medicine checkout disabled until the verified pharmacy and shipping operating procedure is complete.

Eligibility

A shipment may be created only after an appropriate consultation, signed prescription, patient choice/consent, verified dispensing process, confirmed destination and serviceability.

Charges and estimate

Medicine, dispensing, packaging, tax where applicable and courier charges must be explained before acceptance. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking

The patient should receive generic tracking information without condition or prescription details. Courier events are reconciled with the clinic record.

Address and failed delivery

The patient must verify the delivery address and reachable contact. Failed delivery, address correction and return-to-origin must follow the displayed charge and safety policy.

Damage, tampering or wrong item

Do not use a parcel that appears damaged, tampered with, incorrectly labelled or inconsistent with the prescription. Photograph the package, retain it safely and contact the clinic/pharmacy through the grievance route.

International delivery

International medicine shipping is disabled. Courier network coverage is not evidence that a medicine may legally be dispensed, exported, imported or used in a destination.
