The complete care pathway
Five steps, with the doctor responsible at every clinical point
Online care should make access easier without hiding identity, limitations, price, records or responsibility.
- 1
Check the boundary
Confirm that you are located in India, the situation is not urgent, and no known physical examination is already required.
Result: request online care, arrange in-person care, or seek urgent help.
- 2
Request a time
Contact the clinic, confirm the current fee and choose an available consultation time. Paid online scheduling remains disabled until its verification gate is complete.
Result: a confirmed appointment—not an unverified form submission.
- 3
Prepare the case
Share the relevant history, current medicines, diagnoses, reports and questions. Keep sensitive details out of ordinary WhatsApp messages where possible.
Result: the doctor has the context needed to decide whether remote care is appropriate.
- 4
Consult the doctor
Meet Dr. Rajkannya H. Chandewar. The doctor confirms identity, location, consent, clinical limitations and the next appropriate step.
Result: written advice, prescription when appropriate, or referral for in-person/conventional care.
- 5
Review, do not repeat blindly
Track what changed, report new or worsening symptoms and return at the recommended interval. The plan can be reviewed rather than repeated indefinitely.
Result: a documented follow-up decision.
