Patient questions

Answers before you share personal information

These answers explain the operating boundary. They do not replace an individual clinical assessment.

Will I always receive a prescription?

No. The doctor may prescribe when appropriate, request more information, recommend testing or refer for in-person/conventional care.

No. Software may organize workflow but does not diagnose, counsel or prescribe.

Medicine and follow-up

Educational pages are available worldwide, but transactional consultation and fulfilment are currently limited to India.

Are there clinics in other cities?
